Who can book tuition?
Tuition is available for KS3, GCSE and A Level students. If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian should make the booking and remain the main contact.
Are lessons online or in person?
Both are available. Online lessons use Google Meet. In-person lessons depend on location and must be agreed before payment.
Can a lesson be moved or cancelled?
Yes. Give at least 24 hours’ notice for a refund or rearrangement. Full details are in the cancellation and refund policy.
Is a particular grade guaranteed?
No tutor can guarantee an examination result. Progress also depends on attendance, participation and independent work.
